Demand For Fair & Just Trials and Sufficient Support for Victims of Crime

On behalf of one deeply affected family and countless other victims, we launch this plea for reform. My sister and brother-in-law were tragically killed by a street racer, who was a mere 70 days away from adulthood and was released just 804 days after the crime; he did not even start juvenile rehabilitation until after sentencing. Their 7-year-old daughters survived the near-death collision, left them extremely traumatized, and were overlooked by the juvenile Judge during their life-altering tragedy that they will face for the rest of their lives.
